Supply chain and logistics process

The Process

How It Works

From your first inquiry to delivery at your destination — here is how we work together.

Step by Step

From Inquiry to Delivery

01

Submit an Inquiry

Fill in our quote request form with your product of interest, required quantity, and delivery destination. We also accept inquiries by email and WhatsApp.

02

Sourcing & Matching

Our team identifies the right farmers and suppliers in our network who can meet your specifications. We verify quality, availability, and pricing before responding.

03

Sample & Inspection

We arrange samples if required and conduct quality inspections at source. Every product is checked against your specifications and applicable standards.

04

Contract & Payment

Once satisfied, we agree on commercial terms — pricing, volume, incoterms, delivery schedule, and payment terms. A formal contract is signed.

05

Export & Logistics

We handle all export documentation, phytosanitary certificates, customs clearance, and coordinate freight to your destination port.

06

Delivery & Aftercare

Your shipment is delivered. We provide tracking throughout and follow up to confirm receipt and satisfaction. Long-term partnerships are our goal.
